First floor processing workshop

The first floor is the parts processing workshop. Almost all the parts of the complete machine come from this workshop and are all independently developed and produced. This not only improves the stability of the machine, but also shortens the machine's delivery time and enables faster delivery.

 

Second floor assembly workshop

The second floor is the assembly workshop. All parts are assembled into a complete machine in this workshop. Each assembly engineer has at least 5-10 years of work experience. After assembly is completed, it will be sent to the next debugging workshop after three acceptance inspections.

 

Third floor debugging workshop

The third floor is the debugging workshop. 5S management standards make the delivery of machines more secure. Each machine must be adjusted in this workshop, and can also be tested online according to customer needs. We strive to ensure that every machine leaves the factory in perfect condition.

 

Fourth floor warehouse

The fourth floor is our company's warehouse. Every part, electrical appliance, and material is sorted and sorted, and coupled with a digital system to make inventory management more efficient.

 

Fifth floor technology application workshop

This workshop is divided into two parts. The first part helps customers issue a complete set of feasibility solutions. Customers only need to give us products and packaging bags for testing to get a complete set of solutions. The other part is R&D, where all innovative machines will be developed. The leading supervisors all have 20 years of experience in the machinery industry and protect customers' plans.
