As an important equipment in industrial production, the stability and reliability of thermoforming machines are directly related to the quality and production efficiency of products. However, during use, thermoforming machines may encounter various faults. The following are some common problems and their troubleshooting and solutions to help users quickly resume production.

1. Inaccurate temperature control

Problem: The molding temperature is unstable, affecting product quality.
Solution: Check whether the temperature sensor and heating element are working properly, adjust or replace the faulty parts, and ensure that the temperature control system is accurate.

2. Insufficient pressure

Problem: Insufficient pressure during molding, resulting in product deformation.
Solution: Check whether the high-pressure pump, cylinder seal and piston are leaking or damaged, and replace and adjust the pressure setting in time.

3. Loose mold

Problem: The mold is not installed firmly and deviates during molding.
Solution: Reinstall the mold and make sure the fastening screws are tightened, and check whether the mold itself is damaged or worn.

4. Abnormal control panel

Problem: The control panel cannot be operated or displays an error.
Solution: Check whether the power supply is normal and restart the device to try to recover. If the problem persists, contact a professional to check the internal components of the control panel.

5. Equipment overheating

Problem: The temperature of the equipment is too high during operation, which poses a safety hazard.
Solution: Ensure good ventilation and check whether the cooling system is blocked. Adjust the temperature setting to avoid long-term high-load operation. Install overheat protection devices if necessary.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

Problem: Dust or oil accumulation on the equipment affects performance.
Solution: Clean the surface and interior of the equipment regularly and use appropriate cleaning agents to remove dirt. Check and replace severely worn parts to keep the equipment in good condition.
