For example, for premade zipper pouch packing, we will install different zipper opening function according to your demand, the speed can reach 40 packages/minute, and we will adopt horizontal bag feeding method to place more bags, and you can also choose the suitable zipper closing function, we will have different ways for you to choose.

Currently, our largest pre-made bags can be up to 400mm in width and the smallest can be up to 55mm with different models. The fastest speed can be 100 bags/min. There are many models for your choice for pre-made pouch packing.

According to your product characteristics, we can also install other special functions on the premade pouch packing machine, such as coding, inflation, vacuum, vibration, dust sweeping, and so on.
